Cancellation Policy
Classes are capped at twelve mats, so a spot held to the last minute is usually a spot nobody else could take. The 2-hour window exists for that reason rather than as a penalty.

Cancelling a reservation
Cancel from your account or by email up to 2 hours before the start time and the credit returns to your balance immediately.
Inside that window the credit is counted as used, because the waitlist can no longer be offered the spot in time.
Waitlists
Joining a waitlist costs nothing and spends no credit. If a spot opens we contact people in order and only confirm a reservation once you accept.
If you are still on the waitlist when a class begins, the entry is released automatically.
If we cancel
If we cancel a class for any reason, every credit is returned in full regardless of timing, and we will let you know as early as we can.
Missed classes and exceptions
Illness and emergencies happen. If you are caught out by something genuinely unavoidable, email us — we would rather sort it out than hold a credit hostage.
